1. Go to http://itsupport.busybeesasia.com. Click on “Log IT Support Ticket“.
2. Enter the details as seen in the screenshot below and click Submit.
3. Upon successful submission you should see like the screen below.
4. You’ll receive automated email with the “Case Number“.
Note : If you didn’t see the confirmation screen in step no (3) and didn’t receive the email, please re-submit the IT Support case again, most likely your previous submission was not successful due to internet browser issue.
