1. Open Internet Explorer and go to http://itsupport.busybees.com.sg website.
2. Scroll down and look for ‘Netsuite – Sharepoint’ under Useful Links.
3. You need to login with your Office 365 email account.
   
4. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.
   
5. Once login, you’ll see Netsuite – Sharepoint main page. Go to > Netsuite Guides to search.
   
6. First, click on the ‘Guide_How to search for Guides in Netsuite Sharepoint’ to understand how to search from the Guides library.
7. The PDF file will be shown as below, if you need to save a copy, click on the ‘Save’ icon at the bottom.
   
8. ​Type your search keyword the guide you want to look for, for e.g: “how to resubmit PO” and then press “Enter”.​
   
9. You should see the search results appear below. Click on the guides you’re looking for.
   
10. If you can’t find the guides you’re looking for, try change or reduce the ‘search keyword’. For e.g: PO and then you’ll see more results now.
